Purely Automotive Recruitment are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join client based in Warrington,

The role provides support to the sales, service and finance This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to use organisational and administrative skills to assist with the vehicle sales process by:

Maintaining vehicle stock records inline with vehicle sales and Coordinating the preparation of customer orders, and to organise the registration and taxation of all new Liaising with service department personnel to ensure all required job requests are completed on time for all The invoicing of all vehicles, and to collate files to carry out final compliance ;

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous sales administration experience, ideally from within an automotive dealership environment, with strong IT skills including Excel (Kerridge experience preferred but not essential). You should be confident, enthusiastic, have drive and be highly motivated with a vibrant personality and a team In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following skills:
