We are looking for experiencedFemale Training Instructors.

All applicants must have training experience within the military, police, or law enforcement, as well as proven experience in lesson plan development and delivery.The role will require periodic deployment in the Middle East.

Instructors will require relevant experience in one or more of the following subjects / disciplines: Drill, Weapons, Physical Training (PT), Self-Defence, Core Security Skills, and First Aid. Full details in the Requirements section below.

As the role is physically demanding, candidates will be subject to a basic health and fitness assessment before selection.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• All candidates must be UK passport holders to satisfy visa requirements.
  
• All candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (two jabs and one booster) to satisfy country entry requirements.
  
• International travel: Candidates must be prepared to deploy to the Middle East for 17-week deployments a few times a year.
  
• Security clearance: DBS clearance is essential. Candidates that do not already have clearance will be required to obtain clearance during the application process.
  
• Travel expenses: Visas, flights and accommodation are included.

Drill Instructor

To instruct and deliver Drill; the contractor may be required to utilise their training experience in modifying lesson material under the supervision and direction of a Team Lead; perform search and break duties; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in assisting with the writing and/or delivery of additional training material.

Essential Qualifications/ Experience

- Basic All Arms Drill Instructor

- Significant Drill experience

Desirable Qualifications/ Experience

- Advanced Drill Instructor

- First Response Emergency Care (FREC3) or First Person on Scene (FPOS) - Level 3 Assessor Qualification

Weapons Instructor

To instruct and deliver Skill at Arms (Small Arms); the contractor may be required to utilise their training experience in modifying lesson material under the supervision and direction of a Team Lead; perform search and break duties; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in assisting with the writing and/or delivery of additional training material.

Essential Qualifications/ Experience

- All Arms Skill at Arms OR National Police Firearms Instructor OR Civilian Firearms Instructor Qualification

Desirable Qualifications/ Experience

- Range Management Qualification

- Range Safety Officer

- First Response Emergency Care (FREC3) or First Person on Scene (FPOS) - STA or ASA Level 1 or 2 Certificate in Teaching Swimming

- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society)

To instruct and deliver Core Security Skills (Search, Close Protection, Radio Communications, Basic Patrolling); the contractor may be required to utilise their training experience in modifying lesson material under the supervision and direction of a Team Lead; perform search and break duties; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in assisting with the writing and/or delivery of additional training material.

- Minimum Level 3 Award in Training & Education

- Defence Instructional Techniques

OR

- Defence Train the Trainer

- Substantial security training delivery experience

Desirable Qualifications/ Experience
