Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and innovative Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 4 and 5.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and schoolspecific objectives.
- Assess student progress provide constructive feedback and set ambitious targets.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across the wider school community.
- Remain uptodate with the latest pedagogical approaches and curriculum developments in Drama education.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelors degree in Drama or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Drama at the secondary level ideally across multiple key stages.
