The Role

Our Client is a successful, strong financial, boutique energy management organisation, dealing predominantly with public sector and education outlets as well as commercial users.

A new position has arisen to join their team to become the Energy Sustainability Manager. This exciting role involves working with clients and suppliers to quickly gather and analyse information and advise on their utilities and other sustainable aspects which will improve their operational and environmental performance and reduce their costs.

Develop a strategy, working to an agreed timetable with existing and new clients.
Review and manage the delivery of information to clients and identify improvements.
Carry out sustainability audits and surveys to ensure compliance.
Develop strong supplier relationships.
Maintain and develop existing relationships with clients as well as developing new opportunities.
Assist clients todevelop and implement an estate sustainability strategy.
Provide reports for clients on energy and water reduction initiatives and carbon savings.

Requirements

Degree
Three years minimum energy management experience
Commercially driven
Experience of working in the public sector and educationpreferable
Strong customer relationship skills
