Job Description: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that inspire curiosity and ignite a passion for learning in our Year 3 students.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan prepare and deliver dynamic lessons that align with the Year 3 curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of individual students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop crosscurricular activities and initiatives that enhance the learning experience.
  • Establish open and effective communication channels with students parents and colleagues to promote a collaborative approach to education.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching Year 3 students is advantageous but not essential.
  • Sound knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and effective pedagogical practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students parents and colleagues.
  • A creative approach to teaching and the ability to inspire a love for learning in young children.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
