About the Team The EMEA Creative team consists of multidisciplinary designers copywriters and managers based in the UK and Denmark We work on event design brand advertising digital print and accountbased marketing campaigns and partner closely with the European marketing team
About the Role The Creative Project Manager (CM) role will be a varied one and will help coordinate the traffic workflow and time of all creative design and development projects across print events and digital
The role requires someone with strong communication and organization skills who is highly selfmotivated oriented and openminded and exhibits a high level of initiative works independently and supports department goals and Client business objectives The CM needs to be firm yet flexible to meet the everchanging marketing demands as well as acting as a lynchpin between all departments personable a problem solver helping out wherever they can and motivating everyone to deliver their work on time This position reports to the Sr Creative Director EMEA
Key Responsibilities include
- Plan and manage all work through the creative department
- Coordinating project deliverables between Creative Advertising ABM and Web/digital to name but a few
- Set up and manage projects and tasks in the Workfront PM system for creative projects
- Checking Project Doc / creative brief for accuracy and requesting additional details if required
- In conjunction with the Sr Creative Director and other Creative Managers as well as other department members establish realistic Workfront schedules
- Develop implement and maintain Project Management (PM) procedures
- Regular reviews and recommendations of task steps for regular projects
- Hold weekly status meetings and manage the daily tasks and approval schedules
- Manage staff capacity levels and in agreement with the Sr Creative Director identify external service providers
- Ensuring any freelancers/contractors timesheets are completed on time
- Ensures timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approves work reports
- Manages production and vendor team(s) working on a given project
- Holds regular conference calls and inperson meetings with stakeholders and reviewers
About You
- Over years of commercial experience
- Agency experience is a plus
- Flexible / Selfstarter / Proactive
- Amazing people management skills
- Understanding of the creative process
- Print production knowledge will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Experience using Workfront or similar PM / TM tools
- Strong team player in a multilanguage/multicultural environment
