Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SelfEmployedWarehouse and Yard Supervisor to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all warehouse activities ensuring efficient utilisation of space and resources maintaining inventory accuracy and supervising the yard operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse & Yard Supervisor:

Supervise and lead warehouse and yard staff ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to safety protocols
Manage inventory control processes including receiving storing picking and shipping of products
Implement and enforce best practices in warehouse operations to enhance productivity and minimise errors
Maintain a clean organised and safe work environment
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any operational issues
Utilise inventory management software and systems effectively
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy

What we are looking for:

Proven experience (5 years) in warehouse and yard management or a related field
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite
Excellent organisational and problemsolving abilities
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards
Effective communication skills
