Responsibilities

• Calling qualified applicants and conducting brief interviews
• Work to achieve sales goals by taking part in lead generation activities (simple system, training given and ongoing support available by a knowledgeable back office)
• Carrying out brief, scripted interviews with potential customers
• Attend weekly training sessions for own personal growth and for working with others
• Support your own team as necessary
