As they are consistently growing, they are now looking for anInside Sales Specialistto join them on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Runcorn, its partly hybrid with some days in the office and some days working from home.

The Role
As anInside Sales Specialistyou will be promoting and selling our services to CCGs, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, potential customers and any other potential referral sources. ThisInside Salesrole will maintain relationships with existing clients and establish new accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Specialist:
Work collaboratively with inside office staff to service patients and facilities.
Develop a target list to maximise opportunities.
Continually strive to improve sales skills and accept coaching by the Sales Director, Regional Manager and Trainers.
Demonstrate strong skills in getting past the gatekeeper .
Lead by example by demonstrating what good looks like.
Work closely with Manager to identify regional obstacles and opportunities.
Keep the referral information up-to-date based on needs.
Proficient with in house CRM system to track calls per region on a daily basis.
Stay on top of and meet all deadlines for management paperwork: weekly report, expense reports and budget analysis, sample requests, etc.
Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Identify and discuss local competitors.
Continued product training to improve product knowledge.
