Memgraph is an open source graph database built for real-time streaming and compatible with Neo4j.

The Role

Sales Intelligence Analyst is a unique and pivotal role in the center of Memgraph s go-to-market team. It is a hybrid role: part analyst, part marketing strategist, and part data scientist. This role will require an inquisitive, business-oriented mindset with the technical capability to produce reliable and actionable data insights.

As a Sales Intelligence Analyst, you will help build the top of the sales funnel that will fuel our Sales organization and further accelerate Memgraph s growth. You will love all aspects of data and relish the opportunity to support pipeline growth through proactive analysis. You will be identifying the right people from the right companies at the right time when they interact with Memgraph. As you identify them, you will hand over those opportunities to our Sales team.

Apart from getting a full understanding of Memgraph s go-to-market strategy, you will provide data-driven insights to drive new business. Connecting the dots across the funnel and thousands of data points from numerous data sources and uncovering insights and golden nuggets will be your number one priority. In this role, you will import and enrich data in smart ways, sort through the data clutter, and spotlight the great opportunities - you will be the final step from the marketing side before business opportunities get handed over to our Sales team.

Tasks

  • Analyze, wrangle, and filter large amounts of data across various data sources, including product data, marketing automation systems, CRM systems, web traffic, paid media channels, and community to uncover valuable insights
  • Connect the data pipelines across multiple product and marketing systems to create a single view
  • Own analysis of large datasets - import, review, and enrich pipeline while measuring its health
  • Lead and conduct ad hoc analysis, communicating findings to non-technical audiences
  • Work closely with the Marketing team in regard to content, campaigns, and other activities
  • Partner with Sales and Developer Experience teams to refine the lead qualification process and filtering activities and get their input

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree with a quantitative focus (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a quantitative role (Data Analyst or similar)
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and leveraging data from multiple sources with Python as a bonus
  • Strong Excel skills, as well as knowledge of tools like CRM systems (Pipedrive or other), marketing tools (Customer.io, Outfunnel, Segment, Mailchimp)
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and optimization approach to be able to uncover insights and explain them
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
