Our Client is a leading strategic consultancy and leading enterprise and best practices consulting firm working with global companies.

Requirement:
They require Management Consultants to be part of their Financial Transformation Practice focus on
Finance Transformation capability in the UK and across European practice. Working with C-suite executives and GBS / SSC leadership teams, design and implement change/transformation programmes to deliver World-Class performance.

The Management Consultant is well versed in GBS transformation and is responsible for knowledge capital development. The Consulting Manager should be skilled in identifying follow-on opportunities for existing clients and should have the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with current clients. A Consulting Manager must possess strong management skills, and significantly contribute to sales opportunities and delivery of GBS transformation initiatives.

Consulting Experience:
Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence abilityto identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients capabilityto include both written and verbal skills around the design of deliverables/provision of client advice leadingproject workstream teams from planning through to execution changemanagement experience ableto work under own initiative.

Technical Experience:
Viewed as knowledgeable in Global Business Services and Shared ServicesViewed as an experienced in Finance processes i.e., PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A / with deep knowledge in at least one subprocess area.Working knowledge of HR and IT processes viewedas an experience in Operating model design and implementation financesystems deployment experience awareness/knowledge of current and emerging market trends goodunderstanding of business transformation and programme management lifecycle.

Experience required:
Min. 5 years in major Financial Transformation including 5 years in consultancy in a consulting firm or Professional Services organisation in a leadership role. Ideally will have an accounting qualification.
