Job:Facilities Assistant
Location:St Helens, Private Hospital
Pay: 21,000 - 23,000
Roles and Responsibilities of Facilities Assistant
- You will be working under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, assisting with day to day maintenance and upkeep of our 4 sites
- Assisting with health & safety / fire safety compliance
- Assisting with security upkeep
- General maintenance duties
- Travelling to other sites, making collections / deliveries
- Assisting with tasks such as Legionella checks, fire alarm tests
- Occasional out of hours call outs may be required, to allow contractors onsite in an emergency
- Administrative duties such as arranging contractors to attend site for scheduled maintenance, completing handover process, maintaining records
- Handyman duties as appropriate
- Collection and storage of deliveries
