Job:Facilities Assistant

Location:St Helens, Private Hospital

Pay: 21,000 - 23,000

Roles and Responsibilities of Facilities Assistant

  • You will be working under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, assisting with day to day maintenance and upkeep of our 4 sites
  • Assisting with health & safety / fire safety compliance
  • Assisting with security upkeep
  • General maintenance duties
  • Travelling to other sites, making collections / deliveries
  • Assisting with tasks such as Legionella checks, fire alarm tests
  • Occasional out of hours call outs may be required, to allow contractors onsite in an emergency
  • Administrative duties such as arranging contractors to attend site for scheduled maintenance, completing handover process, maintaining records
  • Handyman duties as appropriate
  • Collection and storage of deliveries
