The Role

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Procurement & Vendor Management Consultant to join a major IT infrastructure programme for one of our Big 4 clients' most important customers.

The successful candidate would integrate into the consultancy's team and work directly with the end client, and provide procurement and vendor management support to Rubrik-related vendors.

Type of job: Contract / freelance

Working hours: Full-time (40 hours / week) for the first quarter and then reducing to part-time for the next two quarters

Duration: 01.11.2022 - 31.07.2023 with high likelihood of extensions

This is a remote position.

Key activities:

General support of the customer s procurement in regards to Rubrik-related vendors

Set-up of a vendor management process

Ongoing support of the established vendor management process in all Rubrik-related matters

Requirements

All candidates must have unrestricted rights to work in the EU or UK

Fluent in English

Proven experience with IT Infrastructure procurement processes

Significant experience of developing and implementing effective vendor management processes

Ability to support the client in delivering the key activities above

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to work under pressure

Strong team player

Ideal (but not essential)
