White Raven Resourcing are acting as a recruitment agency for permanent placements.

We are seeking a skilled Factory Manager to oversee our clients manufacturing operations in St Helens. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the timber sector responsible for managing production processes ensuring efficiency and maintaining quality standards.

Our client is a market leader in the mouldings and timber products sector supplying all major DIY retailers with an extensive portfolio of products.

Duties

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands prioritising the work load to achieve optimum efficiencies.
Supervise factory staff and provide guidance and training when necessary
Monitor production output and quality control measures
Implement health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment
Manage inventory levels and order raw materials as needed
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency

Job Type: Fulltime

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Timber Industry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
