ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISER
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY
Salary 23,155 - 26,500 pa depending on experience
Based in Hertfordshire we are seeking an Assistant Human Resource Advisor to work for a Local Authority.
The position will enable anyone with / without HR qualifications to start working in a HR environment and become qualified as the employer will pay for your development.
The working environment is friendly and the location is based within Zone 6 of London with direct trains to London Kings Cross.
The role offers some great personal benefits in addition to becoming a qualified HR Specialist you can have hybrid working with up to 54 days a year holidays.
Requirements
As a minimum to you apply you will need the following
- Basic Understanding of creating Excel sheets and working with them
- Organised
- Administration Experience
Anyone with HR experience and/ora Certificate in Personnel Practice or hold CIPD membership would have a distinct advantage.
