Job Title: Director Operational Resilience

Representing firms and associate Member firms and the Authorities to enhance competitiveness support customers and facilitate innovation.

A key area of focus is the operational resilience of the financial sector.

Policy: Lead in development and execution of operational resilience and cyber security policy positions and lobbying strategies with a particular focus on the UK authorities Operational Resilience policy statement

Deliver improvements via the Cross Market Operational Resilience Group and its subgroups and ensure an efficient execution UK Finance s Sector Response Framework (SRF) responsibilities during a systemically important operational disruption.

Leading on a variety of projects to improve the collective resilience and security of the UK financial services sector.

Lead a highly specialist small team of resilience professionals.
