ociate Mechanical Engineer Join a Creative Team of Engineers and Bring Buildings to Life!
Were on the hunt for a talented ociate Mechanical Engineer to join our awardwinning engineering consultancy in London. As a key member of our Operational Engineering team youll work on a diverse range of projects from refurbishments to new builds and collaborate with experts from various disciplines. If youre a creative problemsolver with a pion for mechanical engineering we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical advice to clients on the operation of mechanical/electrical engineering services in existing buildings
* Deliver refurbishment and upgrade projects from inception to completion
* Undertake condition surveys produce written reports and develop mechanical designs and specifications
* Lead mechanical services design on large projects and overall MEP on small to mediumsized projects
* Manage and prioritise project workloads including specialist groups
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients project managers and contractors
* Contribute to the professional development of individual team members
What Were Looking For:
* Excellent technical knowledge in mechanical design engineering and building services engineering
* Good experience in using standards and codes applied in building services
* Ability to undertake MEP building services surveys with minimal supervision
* Strong peer review ss and knowledge of regulatory/standards doentation
* Experience working on projects in existing buildings undertaking site inspections and commissioning witnessing
* Strong relationships and communication ss with the ability to mentor and supervise junior staff
* Chartered engineer or near completion
