SAP EC SFSF Program Manager
Location: London UK

Type: Fulltime Perm

• At this point, most of our work is 100% remote except for specific client engagements requiring a hybrid
  approach.
• This role can be performed from London UK remotely with the occasional commute to the client on-site.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 10 years of Project Management experience in business system implementations
• Managed large scale global programs across North America, EMEA and APAC for system implementations impacting people, processes and technology for client stakeholders
• Project Manager of at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors implementation
• Proven track record of managing business system implementations successfully, on time and under budget
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and other implementation methodology
• Versatile with hybrid waterfall and agile SDLC delivery
• Strong stakeholder management, governance and client interfacing skills
• Fluent in communication and listening to manage client escalations and risk mitigation

Requirements

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Project Manager experience with the implementation of cloud HR software such as SAP ECC, Workday, WorkForce Software, Kronos, etc.
• Previous experience working on HR-related projects
• Project Management Professional certification
• Knowledge of Business Process Management BPM, Organizational Change Management OCM and Job Architecture workstreams and how they support an HR transformation
